My kids are cute. As a mother in the digital age, I often find myself grappling with the delicate balance between sharing precious moments of my children's lives online and protecting their privacy and safety.

It's a common misconception is that eating organic comes with a hefty price tag.

I wish someone had told me this before I was a parent.

The hardest part of being a parent varies for each of us. For me it has been losing any shred of time for myself and my self care.

So this is my first blog post. Can't say I have ever seen myself doing anything quite like this, but this past year has had many of us venturing out in to unchartered territory and I am no exception.
